  • Delivery Time: Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. For international orders, delivery may take 6–12 business days.

  • Shipping Providers: We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, DHL, and UPS, depending on size and destination.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of liquidation and pallet sales, all sales are considered final. This is industry standard for wholesale liquidation purchases.

However, we stand by the quality and description of our pallets and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns may be accepted only in the following exceptional cases:

  • You received the wrong pallet or product not matching your order.

  • The item was significantly misrepresented in its listing.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
